How to use

• Tap a makeup sponge into the balm to pick up a thin layer

Why patting instead of rubbing

Rubbing a balm across the skin thins it out unevenly and can drag at makeup already in place. Patting deposits the product where it lands and presses it into the skin, which is what gives the smoother, airbrushed result and keeps the oil-control layer intact underneath anything applied on top.
