We have made every effort to display our products and their colors, features, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the site is completely accurate, current, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue any product at any time, and refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Products may vary slightly from their images due to the nature of the production process. This does not constitute a defect.
All prices on the SWEET T 52 website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout based on your delivery address. We do not charge hidden handling or processing fees. Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund to the customer.
By placing an order on sweett52.com, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is successfully placed and authorized. An itemized order confirmation will be sent to your email address after purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. SWEET T 52 is not responsible for orders that fail or are delayed due to incorrect billing details provided by the customer.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Standard transit time is 7–10 business days, making the total estimated delivery time 8–12 business days from the date of order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SWEET T 52 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and approved.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including opened or used items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
