The two modes

Deep suction holds a steady vacuum, which is closer to traditional fire cupping. The breathing rhythm pulses instead, easing on and off — gentler, and the better starting point if you have not used a cupping device before.

What to expect on the skin

Cupping can leave temporary circular marks. This is normal and they fade over a few days, but plan around it if you have an event coming up. Avoid broken skin, and stop if you feel pain rather than pressure.

The 20-minute cutoff

The device shuts off automatically after 20 minutes. That is a safety limit rather than a battery limit — extended suction held on one spot causes bruising rather than benefit.
