Return & Refund Policy — SWEET T 52

1. Overview

At SWEET T 52, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains your options for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully before placing your order.


2. Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items (see Section 5)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at gtmiller@sweett52.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) Number — we will review your request and issue an RA number along with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
  5. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number.

⚠️ Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.


4. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. SWEET T 52 is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or washed
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned without a valid RA number
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect — see Section 7)

6. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receipt.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  gtmiller@sweett52.comwith:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the item in most cases.


8. Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at  gtmiller@sweett52.com . We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no extra charge, or issue a full refund.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet entered production or been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at gtmiller@sweett52.comor call +1 419-318-8837.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return after delivery per the terms above.


10. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item (subject to return eligibility) and place a new order for the desired item separately. This ensures the fastest processing time.
