1. Pricing & Fees

At SWEET T 52, we believe in full transparency with no surprises at checkout.

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling, processing, or administrative fees on any order.
  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum order value required.
  • What You See Is What You Pay: The total amount displayed in your shopping cart — including any applicable taxes — is the exact amount that will be charged to your payment method.

Note: Product prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout based on your delivery address, in accordance with applicable U.S. state tax laws.


2. Currency

All transactions on SWEET T 52 are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

We currently ship and sell to customers within the United States only. We do not process international orders at this time.

4. Payment Processing

  • When You Are Charged: Your payment method is charged at the time your order is successfully placed and payment is authorized.
  • Order Confirmation: An itemized order confirmation will be sent to your email address immediately after a successful purchase. Please retain this for your records.
  • Authorization Holds: In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on funds before the final charge is settled. This is a standard banking procedure and not a double charge.
  • Failed Payments: If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made. Please verify your billing details or try an alternative payment method. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

5. Payment Security

We take the security of your financial information seriously.

  • SSL Encryption: All data transmitted during checkout is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
  • PCI-DSS Compliance: Our checkout is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
  • No Sensitive Data Stored: Full credit card numbers and CVV codes are never stored on our servers. Payment data is handled entirely by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure.

6. Billing Accuracy

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information at the time of purchase. Incorrect billing details may result in payment failure or order delays.
  • Address Verification: For fraud prevention, billing addresses may be verified against the address registered with your payment method.
  • Order Verification: SWEET T 52 reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any order that does not pass our security verification process. Affected customers will be notified by email.

7. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit on your statement.
  • Billing Disputes: If you believe there is an error with a charge on your account, please contact us first at  gtmiller@sweett52.com so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly. We are committed to resolving billing concerns quickly and fairly.
