Wavy/curly hair is made by steam, without chemicals, so the texture will be looser after washing.

Q3. Hair care products

Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning is very important to keep the hair soft and manageable. Let it air dry instead of blow drying.

All hair can be dyed or bleached to any color except #613, but virgin hair can dry out easily, so do not dye or bleach too frequently. Please have it done professionally.

We will double check the hair type and length before shipment. When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it to get the correct length.

Virgin non-dyed hair may have a few gray hairs. We usually pick them out during production, but we do not guarantee 100% no gray hairs.

Hair can tangle due to dryness, oil and dirt buildup, salt water, chlorine, or not combing daily. Wash and condition twice a week and use olive oil to keep it smooth.

Only virgin hair will have split ends. Hair may be a little dry after leaving the donor because it lost human nutrition. You can put some olive argan oil on it to keep it good.
