The typing feel gets close, and the 50-million-press rating is genuinely durable — but the switches are not individually replaceable the way true mechanical ones are, and that is the trade being made at this price.
At 1200 g this is heavy for a keyboard, and that is deliberate. Weight is what stops a board sliding across the desk during fast play, and it also deadens the hollow sound a light plastic case tends to produce. It does mean this is not a keyboard to carry between locations.
