We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST/GMT-05:00) on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
As all products go through a production process, handling time is required before shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. SWEET T 52 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at  gtmiller@sweett52.com — we can only modify the address before the order is dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
