Shipping Policy — SWEET T 52

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST/GMT-05:00) on weekdays, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

As all products go through a production process, handling time is required before shipment.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1–2 business days) + Transit Time (7–10 business days)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume (especially during holidays)
  • Carrier service disruptions or weather events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. SWEET T 52 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at  gtmiller@sweett52.com — we can only modify the address before the order is dispatched.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
