How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select the item you'd like, choose any options (size, color, etc.), and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately at gtmiller@sweett52.com or call +1 419-318-8837. Once production has begun, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An itemized order confirmation email is sent to your email address immediately after a successful purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. Retain this email for your records.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.
How long does delivery take?
All orders go through a production process before shipping. Here's the full timeline:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking number for updates. If tracking shows no movement or the package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at gtmiller@sweett52.comand we will investigate with the carrier.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at gtmiller@sweett52.com with your order number and reason for return.
How do I initiate a return?
Returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or an incorrectly ordered item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping by providing a prepaid label or reimbursing the cost.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gtmiller@sweett52.comwith your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase (subject to return eligibility) and place a new order separately.
What items are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: opened or used items, items not in their original packaging, items returned without a valid RA number, gift cards, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay — all processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. Available payment methods may vary by device or location.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is successfully placed and payment is authorized. You will receive an itemized confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Are there any hidden fees or taxes?
No hidden fees. We do not charge handling or processing fees. Any applicable sales tax will be shown clearly at checkout. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. The total shown at checkout is exactly what you will be charged.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made. Please verify your billing details or try an alternative payment method. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. All SWEET T 52 products go through a production process after your order is placed. This is why we have a handling time of 1–2 business days before your order ships. This ensures every product is crafted with care and attention to detail.
What if I received the wrong item?
We're sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gtmiller@sweett52.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item at no additional charge, or issue a full refund.
