Choosing a density

Density is how much hair is on the cap, and it changes the look more than length does. 150% is a natural everyday thickness that looks like most people own hair. 180% is noticeably fuller without reading as dramatic. 250% is a lot of hair — full and voluminous, and heavier to wear for a whole day.

If you are unsure, 180% is the safest middle ground: full enough to look styled, light enough to wear from morning to night.
