Why it does not pull

The blades sit close to the skin and are shaped to grab and cut rather than pull, which is what stops the tugging you get on longer or denser hair with cheaper trimmers.

Two things worth knowing before you buy

The charge cycle is long — around five hours for that 60 minutes of use, which is a poor ratio next to most modern trimmers. And the motor body must not go in water; only the blades rinse under the tap.
