Stand versus pad

A flat pad puts the phone face-up on the desk, where every glance means picking it up. A stand keeps the screen readable while it charges — which in practice is the difference between a charger and a second monitor for your notifications.

Please note

The supplier does not publish a wattage rating for this model, and we are not going to invent one. Treat it as a standard-speed Qi charger: dependable for desk and overnight charging rather than a rapid top-up. A wall adapter is not included. Phones charge through most thin cases; metal or very thick cases should come off.
