Niacinamide does the heavy lifting. Sodium hyaluronate and propanediol handle hydration and help the skin hold onto it. Chamomile flower extract and allantoin are there to keep the formula calm on skin — niacinamide at 10% is a real concentration, and those two soften the edge. Lactobacillus/Arundinaria Gigantea ferment filtrate rounds it out for resilience.
